Shipping & Returns


Midman Medical ships UPS and FedEx when possible. Shipping costs are calculated based on standard shipping algorithms including the size and weight of package and the distance it will travel. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 3pm EST, are shipped that same business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received during the weekend will be promptly shipped out on Monday. Some exceptions include:

  • Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • Delivery times will vary. Back ordered merchandise and merchandise with lead times will ship as soon as the item becomes available.

Some products are over-sized and are indicated with OS (over-sized) or Truck (Truck Shipment) . These large packages may have additional costs above what is shown in our system due to their size and weight. We will communicate to you as soon as possible if this is the case. We will ship only after you give approval for all charges. Final shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice.


We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, competitive pricing and professional service. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer service for quick resolution. Custom manufactured items are not returnable. All other returns will be subject to a restocking fee up to 25% depending on the manufacturer. Please follow the guidelines below in order to receive credit:

Return Authorization

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization # by contacting customer service at 508-668-8636 or
  2. Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition and in original packaging.
  3. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list or invoice to the return. Refunds will be for merchandise value only and not shipping and handling. Allow three to four weeks for return processing.


You are responsible for claim processing. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
